Prompt service and thorough explanations about any problems. I noticed scratches on the front of the washer the next day, (from moving it?) The service ended up costing alot more than originally quoted. I declined to sign up for a yearly service contract.

Susan, based on the job once the tech arrived you were charged accordingly. I did not know you were uncomfortably with the price and do apologize as the technician went over the estimate with you and you agreed to the terms and signed off. As for the scratch in the washer I wish you would have called me direct. We hold Insurance policies to cover these sorts of incidents if this were to occur. If you wish, call me to discuss the issue. Project: Clean Dryer Vent
Technician broke his tool in the dryer vent and used so much force to remove it that he broke a joint in the subwall and I had to remove a cabinet and cut a hole in my roof to repair the damage. Contacted company to explain the damage and they refused to do anything. For the money the technician did clear all the lint from the line.

Tech upon arrival had zero air flow.Tech wanted to walk away frm job bcus u did not want to pay to have the line repaired u said "clean it anyway" Tech stated equipment may break in th line and u said "just try" thn equipment broke.I have a strong suspicion u already new the line was broke based on our prior conversation while booking th job.U kept saying "wat if the line is broke in th wall" I asked if u no it is broke pls tell us,which u did not.Further he ran a camera($75 charge for free)an "yes" line was broke.U stil did not want to pay and attempted to repair urslf.Non succesful u thn broke line again,now placing blame on DVW.

The vent did not get cleaned adequately and my dryer did not work after they completed the job. Not satisfied.

You are not telling the truth and you are trying to discredit my company. We serviced you 9 months ago. You called and said we never cleaned your vent line. When I asked you why would you wait to call 9 months later you said, well, I thought it was the dryer but then said you called us out to clean the vent?? This makes no sense? Why would a customer call to have vent cleaned, wait 9 months to call and say it was never cleaned? I offered you a discount to come and clean the vent line and you refused. Also your invoice clearly shows 30 day guarantee as lint will always accumulate therefore it is impossible to cover you 9 months later.

Very friendly and experienced. This is all they do! Couple things to watch out for. They did not tell me that in order to get an estimate I would have to pay to have someone look at my setup. I did ask prior to the estimate, and the associate told me I would have to pay a small fee to get evaluated. It would have been nice to know this before I scheduled an appt. Also the price seemed high to me. They tried to sell me an annual maintenance contract but quickly backed off when I told them I was not interested. In general, my comments line up with others I've seen. Great work, but a little pricey. Overall I'm happy with the service.
