Robert really took his time to figure out my various issues as the cleaning wasn't as straightforward as we had planned. He was clean, courteous and very helpful. He even spent extra time helping me rehang the bi-valve doors where the dryer was pulled out from (it had been removed previously). Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with excellent results!
