I am most pleased with them personally, professionally. They got right to work. Knew what they were doing. They were respectful, considerate of the mess that would be created and put down protection for my carpeting and tile; including hallway and stairs. They wasted no time in getting to work. I am most glad Service magic recommended Dry Otter.
