Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
The job took longer than expected, but we are very happy with the result. Rob took extra time and did whatever was neccesary to please and the cellar floor and drain system is great. Two minor problems- he removed a lot of ledge from my cellar, and I paid extra to haul the rock away. The lawn was wet on pour day, and the cement truck left deep ruts.

Project: Repair a Poured Concrete Wall
Rob of DryLock Systems did an excellent job on the retaining wall repair. His thoroughness in not only repairing the crack but also properly anchoring the wall so it doesn't happen again was excellent. His professionalism and pride in what he does leaves you with a quality result. We would not hesitate to hire him again.

Rob Ryder and his crew did an excellent job repairing and installing drainage in our basement. Our house is 71 years old has always had an unpleasantly damp and dank basement and our cement block walls were cracking. My husband and I hired DryLock; they were professional, courteous and they did an excellent job! The basement already smells much better. Rob took the time to explain everything to us and he answered every question we asked. He even made suggestions of what we could do on our own to further protect the concrete. We couldn't have asked for a better company or better people! I would recommend this company to everyone.

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
Bob Ryder and his crew were very professional and were willing to spend as much time as necessary to answer questions and give advice. I felt like my job was just as important as any of his others. His crew cleaned up everything and left my house looking like they'd never been there (except that there was now a sump pump and drainage). I will contact Bob Ryder if I ever need work done again on my home.
