I called Dry Image only after the first Tile and Grout company came and did a very lousy job. The name on the the reciept is Super Dry. At any rate, since they had tried cleaning the grout and it did not come clean as it should. I just had Dry image color the grout, he did a fantastic job in coloring the grout however I did see two major spots that was missed. I had a painter here yesterday and the paint he use to paint my inside I will use to correct this error. The painter was impressed with the work and said he will recommend Glenn to his customers.

Greg was profesional, courtious, prompt, and very knowledgeable. He was honest about what to expect from just cleaning the grout vs. cleaning and staining the grout. He worked quickly, but was very careful with all of the furniture and household items that he had to move in order to clean the tile. He encountered some issues with the grout being very shallow, so it took him much more time and effort to get the grout stain to adhere properly. He also found several spots where the grout needed to be repaired that were hidden by furniture when he quoted the price. He addressed all issues without charging more then his initial quote.

Glenn was very responsive and professional - he called me back within 5 minutes of my placing an inquiry. He showed up on time, gave me a reasonable estimate, and did a good, thorough job cleaning my carpet and tile. I would definitely use him again.

I have 1200 square feet of miserable, white textured tile that attracts and holds onto every speck of dirt and grease. Cleaning it is troublesome, exhausting and usually futile. Glenn at Dry Image is amazing. He takes his job seriously, takes pride in his work and works harder and smarter than any of the usual guys who do tile cleaning and sealing. His prices are fair, he is pleasant to work with and the results of his efforts on my floors are astonishing. I am more than satisfied. He goes the extra mile. I will use his service regularly.
