On time, polite, honest upfront estimate, and then did an amazing job of turning worn and pet stained carpets into something respectable again. Even on a day with constant rain, my carpets were dry within 4-5 hours. The next time I need carpet cleaning I won't have to look around, and I would definitely recommend Rod to family and friends. You will not be disappointed hireling this person!
