He was very thorough and practical in finding the entry points, sealing them up, and putting out bait blocks in sticky tunnels. I haven't seen droppings this week, except in one bedroom where he didn't put any bait blocks. He told me to call him if still seeing anything so we may need to adjust the approach slightly, but I am very happy with his service. Susan Elizondo
