Dresslers were very prompt in return my initial phone call, could provide an appointment quickly, arrived on time and did a great job! Very professional.

The furniture remained damp for days and continues to have a sticky and greasy residue in places. There are "tracks" from the tools used, on my furniture. I could have done the job myself.

It always upsets me when the consumer is not happy with my work. In this particular situation, I feel I did the best job possible given the severity of the pet staining that was present before the cleaning. I had to heavily pre-treat the whole piece and rinse it several times. Since the material was microfiber, I did advise that it would take longer than usual to dry. The stroke marks are normal and disappear during use.

He was punctual and did a great job for a fair price. Would hire again.
