I didn't. Think that the installation team did a great job. The siding material is great but to many repairs to be made on stuff broken by installers.

This was a big job.They installed replacement windows,siding and gutters.When the windows were first presented to me,I was highly impressed with their Triple x glass.Those windows have a U value of 0.19!These windows compete favorably with the absolute best of any brand available, exceeding the specifications of most.The siding is foam filled, sturdy, beautiful and adds an R value of 5.3 insulation value to the exterior walls of my house!Finally,I had six-inch gutters installed all around the house.I have received many compliments on my house.Besides doing an excellent job, no other company could give me this superb quality for the price.

So far so good, we do not know until the real cold season starts to test out these windows. The windows are very nice just as ordered... all 15 of them. We got our windows order earlier than planned, and the installation was a cinch for the two workmen. The installers came on time as scheduled and finished off as planned. They were very neat and courteous. They were helpful and explained all the procedures while installing the windows, and if there was something else extra that needed to be done.. they were not hesitant to complete the request. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed new windows replacement.

The windows are beautiful but we had a few issues along the process. After signing the initial contract we had to follow up because they did not return our phone calls to let us know when approximately we can expect the windows. After canceling the initial contract because of this we spoke to the GM and were told this would not happen again. The GM kept true to his word and it did not and a week later we got a date to put the windows in, unfortunately they had to reschedule the date for a week and half later. One thing they forgot when they installed the windows was the tax rebate form, again we had to call to get it. Overall it was ok

The salesman was very knowledgable and gave us a great price for the project. The windows were manufactured and installed one week early, and I love my new windows! The windows are very well made and I am very happy with them. I would definitely do business with Dream House Windows again, and recommend them to anyone who needs new windows.
