He came exactly when he said and he took care of multiple tasks including with restringing a frayed cord, rehanging a troublesome new blind, switching bent slats for unbent ones from the bottom of the blind, and purchasing and hanging several new miniblinds. Just removing the one with the frayed was all but impossible because of the crazy design. Excellent work. Saved me hours of work and frustration. We highly recommend them.
