Josh promptly returned my request with a phone call within an hour. He schedules me for the next day and arrived exactly when he said he would. He worked efficiently and diligently - and was great about cleaning up. His charges were extremely reasonable and I am thrilled to have found a plumber I can call should I need one again. I was contacted by Mr. Drake within minutes of submitting my request for servive. I desperately needed a new hot water heater right away. In less than two hours he was at my front door with a quality heater. Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Workmanship is first rate.Works clean, nothing left behind. I highly recommend this master plumber for any work you may have to get done. Very reasonable price too, I might add.

Mr. Drake fixed several leaky pipes, resealed a toilet, cleaned our hot water heater, and installed a water softener and filter in two days. He responds to phone calls and emails promptly. What else could I ask for?
