matt the plumber that came to my house to unclog my sink was very knowledgeable and courteous he got my sink unclogged in a matter of minutes and even gave some helpful hints on preventive maintenance. i was very with my service.

Matt came out and took care of us immediately, in a matter of 45 min we we're ready to go. Didn't charge me an arm and a leg like I expected due to today's service industry. Needless to say, his name and number are now stored in my phone.

Matt was much more professional that any of the other tradesman that we have dealt with since moving to Florida. He provided a free estimate, arrived on time for scheduled meetings, and has followed up with us every step of the way. I discovered at 5am in the morning I had no water. I found Drains Plus on the web. Contacted them on the web and had a call from Mat around 6 am and he arrived at my house a little after 7 I think. Very fast service. He found the problem and repaired it in a very timely manner and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. His price was very reasonable. I am very satisfied. I put his card in my rollerdex and will use him for all my plumbing needs. Thanks again Mat and ROLL TIDE
