someone else was trying to scam me to get the main line dig for a 'CHEAP' price of $2800 after I paid him $375 to clean the line. Drain Sights cleaned the line and saved me from spending $2800. BK in Lutherville:

They were very quick to come to my house and arrive an hour after I spoke to them. Very friendly and it only took them 2-4 minutes to unclog the sink drain, however they are overpriced. Charged $125 for something that required a heavy duty plugger and some type of draino liquid. Next time I think I'll just go to Home Depot and pick up the same thing and do it myself.

I really like the crew! They were good, made sure that I did not have to pay for stuff that I did not need, and they were responded very quick to my call! Other companies were trying to charge me a lot more. The only think I would have improved was if they would have completely cleaned up before they left. While they cleaned up most of the areas, if they would have really cleaned the sink and bathtub before they left that would have taken their customer service from a 4.5 to a 5. Thank you Drain Sights, LLC for a great experience. If I have an issue I will definitely contact them again!
