Had a couple of issues with installation and had to call them back out. Brian came back to my home and resolved the problem with a great attitude and completed the job at no extra charge

Brian called right away and gave an estimate on the phone with the info given to him. My husband agreed to price and Brian was here within the hour. Brian is a experience and professional plumber and a nice guy on top of that. He is easy to talk to and will explain things to you and give advice. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I would call Drain Master Plumbing again. He responded to my request quickly, showed up on time and completed the work in reasonable time frame. He also backs up his work for a year, got to love that!

Brain responded within 20 minutes of my submitting my inquiry, and called and asked if he could show up before the agreed on time. He was very thorough in his work (snaked two inside lines (sinks and bathtub, and well as the main drain line to the street. He cleaned up after himself and provided extra services and information that will save me money and prevent a recurrence of the problem that I was having. I would most certainly call him for any other plumbing problems that I am not capable of handling myself.

Drain Master was excellent. Brian explained what the problem might be and how he would tackle it. The repairs were done on time and the place was kept clean. Another great thing is that he wont ask for any amount of money up front, not until every thing is done. Eric finished his works and then walk around to double check. Thank you guys. I would definitely recommend you guys.
