Established in 2003, Drain Doctor Plumbers, Inc. is a family-owned business that believes in 100% customer satisfaction. Thomas, the owner, has 20 years of plumbing and drain cleaning experience and will be involved in the project from start to finish. As a licensed and insured company, we use top-grade products and our plumbers are experts when it comes to residential plumbing services. From hot water dispenser installations to sewer line cleaning, we perform all work according to local, state, and city codes. Our plumbing truck is like a fully-stocked plumbing warehouse, so no extra trips should be required. As for prices, we are as much as $40.00 less than the big-rooter companies. Blocked sanitary branch on a Friday night - all other providers were 'busy' with 'emergencies'. Tom offered to call at 7am next morning to see if I still needed service. He called at 7:01, and I asked him to come out. Arrived just before promised time, quickly assessed my problem, quoted, and I agreed. Issue fixed in less than 45 minutes, cost was exactly as quoted, cleaned up, and we were complete! Best value for cost, fair, honest, professional, called when he said he would, arrived when he said he would, best experience I've had with a service call. Very highly recommended - money well spent. You won't be disappointed. Thanks, Tom!
