Ed showed up exactly on time and assessed the problem and fixed it extremely fast. What took me an entire day to screw up took Ed 20 minutes to fix. I will hire him again for all of my electrical needs. I recommend to all.

Eddie was great.. Responded quickly to my request, gave me an estimate in writing, and showed up when he said he would. All skills that are hard to find nowadays. Completed the work on time and on budget. Will definitely use them again.

He came in for a few minutes, discovered that a gfi, which was unknown to us, was tripped and took the entire 1 hour evaluation fee. We would have hoped that he would have pro-rated his time or given some type of discount for his minimal work but that was not the case.

During my initial contact with the customer, it was determined that the service call was a Emergency Troubleshoot . I was asked to come as soon as possible that evening. I informed the customer of my service fee of $100.00 for the visit and $65.00 for every hour after the first needed to rectify the problem. It was 6 pm and I was working on another project but left early due to the customer’s urgency. I spent not just a few minutes but at least a half hour looking for the problem, rectifying it and ensuring that the receptacle was safe and that the problem would not likely occur again. I deserve to be paid the amount agreed upon.

Although this was a small job, Ed responded quickly and efficiently. His estimate was accurate and he even had time to trouble shoot a couple of additional issues.
