very knowledgeablel about how my gas fireplace worked and how to do the repair, just feel i was overcharged for a 20 dol part, Dr sweep charges 110. I guess you will find that anywhere though. On time and professional.

Work was fine, but they weren't upfront about pricing. When I called [3 times] to resolve the difference, they just kept saying they would call me back, but never did. They didn't seem to care that I was a disatisfied customer. If good customer service is important to you, you may want to use another vendor.
