We have had a really hard time getting the company that installed our sprinkler system to come out to activate/winterize our system. Dr. Sprinkler will be our new servicer. They contacted us immediately and came out to perform the job within 24 hours, albeit they would have come out same day if our schedule allowed.

they knew exactly what the problem was; engaged it first hand, and remedied our issue in a couple of hours or so. the previous estimate was 200 dollars more, so when he gave us his price after finishing (he gave us a ball park estimate before starting, which was to our satisfaction as well), we were very happy with the work AND the results.

Excellent experience. Turned on the system, checked for leaks, repaired one piece of tubing and replaced another underground soaker. Polite and professional. Will use him again!
