I placed a request for quote to install 4 ceiling fans and an additional switched ceiling fixture online through ServiceMagic. Within 2 minutes, Mike from Down-N-Out Electric called me. After answering a few questions, he gave me an immediate quote over the phone. The installation went quick and flawlessly. He was also the lowest quote out of three by hundreds of dollars!

Mike installed a ceiling fan in my condo and did an A+ job despite the difficulties he encountered routing the wiring through the hidden raised ceiling joists. I will be requesting his services in the near future for another similar project and would recommend him to anyone.

Mike and his assistant were unbelievable!!! It turned out that I needed a new down rod for my ceiling fan, and Mike said he would go get it for me. He went to two different stores before he found the correct part, and only charged me for the part itself. Not the time involved. Also, he asked if he could paint the canopy next to the ceiling to match the fan. I hadn't even thought of that but it looked much better. VERY NEAT, CLEAN, FRIENDLY. I WOULD RATE THEM TOP NOTCH FANTASTIC 5+++++++++++++.

Michael installed a Whole House Fan for hundreds less than any other quote. He spent the whole day working in my home and didn't leave until everything was perfect. A true Pro, one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. Highly recommended, will use again. Thanks Michael!

Wonderful work, really goes the extra mile for you and works around your schedule. Only complaint is his unwillingness to work with you on the price. His work is superb but his prices are very steep. I asked to come down a mere $25 (representing about a measly 8% of the total project) and he wouldn't do it. If you're on a tight budget, you might want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, I recommend Mike.
