I was very impressed with Doug Thacker and his business. My project involved repairs to my lake house in another state, and he made an appointment for a time when my daughter was planning to be there. He was timely in his arrival and did exactly what he said he would do. In the process we discovered an additional problem which required anotherday. He also kept that appointment and fixed everything to my complete satisfaction. Absolutely wonderful experience--highly recommend Doug's Plumbing!
