Project: Repair Furniture
Didn't do what I expected in repairing scratches on my furniture. I expected more for the money. Scratches were covered wth color, but not repaired as well as I thought they should be. He did explain that smooth surfaces take more work, but I've had them done before with much better results. He said he could do something to make it better, but the table with the worse scratches didn't look better to me.

Project: Install or Replace a Smaller Appliance
Garbage Disposal Installation. Pros: - Personable, lots of funny stories about his customers Cons: - 45 minutes late - Left tools in car and asked to use mine - Didn't seem focused on job, corrected him on how 3 parts connected - Slathered all plumbing in silicone and left before checking for leaks - 3 leaks identified, 1 due to not tightening a joint at all - Sawed pipe in my sink, leaving a mess he did not clean up - Came back to fix leaks and did the same silicone slathering and left again - Called a few hours later when leaks persisted to no answer - Left a message 2 wks ago, never called back - Fed up and finished the project myself
