Efficient service, even talking with the person on the phone when I outlined my problem. They even waived the travel fee for me as there was confusion as to whether I needed an electrician or plumber. Their plumber was able to get my hot water up and running again.

I give this a four star rating because it took two trips for the plumber to figure out the issue. I had a very annoying noise and during the first trip he was unable to figure out what was making the noise. After several more months of being driven crazy by the noise, I had him return to see if he could figure it out, otherwise I was going to buy a brand new water heater. Thankfully, he was able to find the item that was floating in one of the tubes and fished it out. Blessed silence! He had never seen anything like this before so it is hard for me to know if he should have figured it out more quickly or not.
