I already had a new bathroom exhaust fan installed but I needed it vented properly to the outside. Many electicians and others did not want to do that part and didn't have the experience. Doug jumped on the opportunity and did a great job. It was a small job but I would definitely consider Doug for future electrical jobs in my home. He was very professional and on time!

I explained an issue with a smoke detector and he gave me instructions over the phone thet could save me abot $150. Very nice ,knowledgeable and if thet didn't work he come righ out and fix it for the inspection It worked and I am very geatful and WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM

Work was completed in a very professional manner at a reasonable price. I plan to request Mr. LeRiche's services again in the near future.

I was surprised he did not have a vacuum to clean up. I know contractors don't like to give a break up for materials and labor. In this case the material mark up was close too 100% and the exhaust vent was the most entry level one. I was promised that I will have 2 switches one for the vent and one for the light in the bath. Only one switch which turned the light and the vent fan was delivered. For the work he and his assistant could be care full and drill pilot holes instead of starting to cut my boards in the attic. Now I have a small hole in the Attic. The rational there was no one comes here so it wont be affected

Please feel free to look at the rest of my ratings and you will notice that customer satisfaction is my #1 priority. Although I strive to meet every customers needs and demands, it is a possibility that some customers feel like their needs havent been met. I was never informed by the home owner of any discrepency's with the job or cost, had I been then I would have done anything and everything to keep them happy as you can see that this is the only rating less than a 4*. However I do feel like we proivided this customer with our customariy 5* service. I have since contacted this customer to remedy this problem, so this will never happen again

Doug was very quick to contact me after I submitted my request on Service Magic. He was very personable, straight forward and explained in detail of the problem. I had thought I was going to have a huge project on my hands but luckily it was a quick fix and worth the $. Doug is very knowledgable and eager to educate as well as fix the problem. This new home owner definitely appreciates the time he took with me.

Very fast, reliable, professional. Explained the options, and let us choose the ones we wanted. Among other things, we needed a bathroom fan that would vent outside, he even found the right vent matching the color of our siding. The other project, recessed lights in the kitchen, was done quickly, with minimal mess even though we changed our minds about the location of one of the lights after the hole in the ceiling was already cut. I'd definitely recommend his services.

We had some earlier complications with a newly installed Flood Light w/ Motion Detection. We also had a bad 3-way switch and couple of GFI outlets. Doug came back and made sure that everything that we needed was working correctly. Some minor adjustments were made on the Motion Detector (20 ft off the ground) and everything seems to be working. Also I liked how he was helping younger folks to learn the trade (apprentice). We are going to need new electricians to help "us old folks" like me so I was glad to see him teaching the trade. Thanks ... job well done! Honest and reliable.

They did a great job, were on time, very quick and explained to me how to adjust my motion detector light. His price was far.

Douglas was very professional and easy to work with. I told him what I needed done and he explained the situation and gave me an up front price. It was nice to know how much I was going to spend. I needed some minor electrical work done i.e doorbell, thermostat, fire alarm, and pendant light installation. The installation was quick and easy. I will definitely use him again for future projects.
