I specialize in bankruptcy, loan mod, estate and tax appraisal, divorce, purchase & general purpose appraisals, and market analysis of many kinds: Single Family Homes and Small Income residential properties up to 4 units (duplex, triplex, and quadruplex). Please keep in mind, borrowers are NOT ABLE to select an appraiser for a home loan. Your lender must select their own appraiser. Doug was very professional and straightforward in his approach to appraising my home -- he arrived well prepared and conducted himself with no waste of time -- he provided a 19-page detailed report, including several photos of the subject property as well as some comparatives -- though I had expected a slightly different (higher) appraisal value, I am aware that the recent/current realty environment has carried a negative influence --
