I had all of my exterior windows and the interior windows that I cannot reach in my 2-story home cleaned by this team. They were very professional and fast. I will definitely use them again.

I really like Doug. He does a good job on the windows and has a professional demeanor; his service is very affordable. His son is another story. Unfortunately the last time Doug was here (we've used him twice) he had to leave before the job was finished. After he left, his son really annoyed me by attempting to address me several times as "sweetheart." He also asked to borrow several items, including tools, that I think should have been part of any window cleaner's basic kit and gave me a lecture on his back problems. Finally, the son smoked while working on my house (not inside, but just outside the doors).
