Bruce Doucette did a fantastic job for me.  He promptly called to schedule an appointment and arrived on time to quote me a price for my drive-way and porch.  Bruce is very concerned about quality and he didn't take any short-cuts with this job.  Its refreshing to find a contractor that provides top quality service and is very professional.  He always returned my calls, started and finished the job on time, and made sure I was satisfied with the job.  I fully recommend Bruce for your concrete needs.

Extreme follow-up. efficient, fast and prompt. Excellent Value. <br />When Bruce tells you somthing it happens almost immediately. <br />The crews came out and each did a specific thing during the job.  They did their work quickly and efficiently.  My neighbor was paying attention to them while I wasn't home and remarked to me " they take very few breaks and work consistantly during the day"  The crews came early and stayed an entire 8 hour day.  The job was quoted to take 1 to 1 1/2 weeks and was finished in exactly 5 days.  They tore out an existing15x17 cement patio w/ 2 steps and the 40 foot  sidewalk.  Bruce was out checking the site at least once per day-usually early in the morning and at the end of the day.  The site was kept clean and organized.  The crews took extra care to not disturb the rest of my yard.  Bruce even upgraded some materials to make the patio and sidewalk even stronger to insure it against the bentonite- at no extra cost.  I would use these guys again and tell everyone I know or meet about them.  The finished work is amaizing.  The design Bruce did himself and the execution of his crews came out perfectly!  Thanks again Bruce.

Bruce is very concerned with service.  The project was completed in a timely manner and Bruce and his crews showed up as expected.  My only criticism is Bruce's attention to detail.  He often showed up after dark and was unable to thoroughly inspect his crews work.  There were a couple of minor details missed and the job was not left clean at the end of the job. <br /> <br />I would definatly use Doucette again and would highly recommend his services.
