Very responsive. Not the absolute cheapest, but who wants to cut corners when it comes to serious repairs? Stands by his word and offers a 'lifetime' warranty until the next time you change out your roof!

Responded within seconds I've sent my request in. Always reachable on his cell phone. Very personalbe and friendly and the same time professional and knows his stuff. My repair was done the same day Jim and the other guy came in to assess the repair and we agreed to do it. I've had two other roofers came in before Jim and they couldn't find the problem why it was leaking and would just say:"Call us back when it's raining". What kind of answer is this? Jim fixed the problem. There were no big storms yet so I can't tell you for sure if my roof won't be leaking but they do guarantee their work so if anything happens I'll call Jim up!

He responded by phone 5 min. after the request. Was at my door in less than 2 hrs. Expland what he was going to do in the inspection phase. discussed what he found then we agreeded to the solution and the job was done. He seemed to know his product. Was polite and professional.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Jim and his team responded very quickly to my emergency call to remove ice dam on our roof last Sunday (called within a minute, and showed up with an hour). Despite a relatively expensive quote to do the job, he and his men earned the money. On tall ladders with ax and snow shovel, they were hard at work for hours removing ice and snow despite the freezing weather. Jim and his men were super nice, friendly and professional. Would defnintely be calling Jim again for our future roofing needs.
