Mr. Eric Villaverde is a very professional individual, he goes above and beyond the call of duty to take care of his customers. he is dedicated and takes pride in his work. I will highly recommend Double Tree Home Inspections and Mr. Villavarde to anyone I know is in need of a home inspection. Today was Sunday 1-10-09 and Eric was at the home we have in escrow to do a follow upinspection before the inspection period ends... I am very satisfie with his performance. Excellent service from a customer service perspective. DoubleTree (Eric) responded immediately to my phone calls and emails. A home inspection was completed quickly even with short notice. The inspection results were also sent to me the same day within hours of Eric inspecting the property and compiling the information. I highly recommend Doubletree for your home inspection needs if in DoubleTree's service area.

Very impressed with thoroughness & professionalism of Eric Villaverde. He was on-time, performed thorough inspection & provided outside source for termite inspection. Very satisfied with pricing of inspection & how quickly he was able to schedule. Report was provided immediately after inspection along with recommendations for minor repairs.
