Project: Inspect a Home

I am so pleased with the work that Peter did inspecting the apartment I wanted to buy. He was VERY thorough and looked at things I didn't even think of, like if the doors swung right on their hinges. He found items that needed to be fixed that I over looked but, most importantly, he got along with the super of the building and got access to the basement and roof. He had a knowledgeable conversation about the boiler, the roof, and the brick facade with the super and reinforced my belief that I was buying in a well-maintained building. He is better equipped to inspect full houses, but he did a great job with my little apartment.
