Dennis was a pleasure to work with. Scheduling was flexible, arrived at the time he said he would, did everything as promised. System working without any issues so far. As an authorized reseller, he extends the system warranty which is a peace of mind.

Had no problems with the istalation. The instalation was quick,a nd the istaller was polite. The service as been in place for about 6 months without an issue. The only drawback to me is that plastic tubing was used to do the job, and I am reluctant to use plastic for water.

The "plastic tubing" is PEX piping. The pipe & piping system is approved by the National Plumbing Code to be safe for drinking water.If this were not the case it would not be approved. There are materials available that we see some companies use that are not approved by the National Plumbing Code.

Dennis installed a new water softner and holding tank. He was very friendly and completed the job in 1 day. He also did the install on a Saturday which was nice because I am a bachlor and work long hours during the week. It was very convenient .
