They were responsive to my needs. They did not try to sell me something I did not need. They were honest about the availability of the product line. They let me decide to replace part of the door or the complete door. Others were not so candid.

I had a 2-car garage door that was starting to sag in the middle when raised. I was concerned I might have to replace the door panel. Door-Mart responded quickly to my inquiry and made an appointment for later that day. The service tech was very knowledgable and quickly diagnosed the problem made the repair - installed a steel strut across the weak section. The door is fixed like new and I was impressed with the quality of the work.

My garage door was cracked and sagging. I thought that I needed a new one. He came out and said all I need is reinforced spines. I works perfectly now. He was honest. He could have sold me a new garage door.

Project: Repair a Garage Door
Door-Mart fixed my sliding garage door. They installed new rollers. It took a little longer than i had hoped, but the door works well now. The door got a little damaged during the repair, so I've got to do some sanding, priming and painting, unfortunately.
