Frank was very prompt to get back to me when i filed the inquiry and came the next day. He fixed what was asked and some other plumbing problems when there. He was very good and would recommend him

Project: Install Plumbing in a Remodel or Addition
Frank was promt and honest about the cost of the pluming job. It was a very difficult problem with our shower drain on the 2nd floor pouring into the kitchen . The original construction company had not plumbed it correctly and we could not find anyone willing to fix it. Then Don't Despair came into our life and in just a few days it was fixed correctly and you can't even tell the kitchen ceiling had been repaired. Now we can use our master bath shower again and we are elated!

I would be happy to recommend Don't Despair Home Repair. I left a message and I received a return call within a couple of hours. The job I needed was small and Frank gave me an estimate and completed the job within the same week. I would have them back again for repair work, I found them to be courteous and professional.
