I chose to work in this industry because Continuing with our family business. .I love working in Geographical Location because I love pizza, wings and Italian food..We started in this industry in I am the 3rd Generation to continue our business My grandfather started our business after WW II in the late 1940's. I took over our business in 88..We describe our business as Family owned and operated

GREAT Service and Great Guy! He REALLY eliminated the pet/cat odor from our old old carpet. AND he made the old carpet look GREAT! It smells so nice and clean now. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY

Don's a very nice person who was great to do business with that I would recommend. The carpets look fine. My only issue was his price was a little high. I paid $500.00 for 2.5 hours of work which comes out to $200.00 per hour.

carpet looks good but my carpet still has such a smell that is worse then what it was before.

I tried to explain to the consumer the carpet was distroyed by animal excrement and urine. She called two days after and confirmed the carpet still has an ordor. I adivsed the consumer urine has soaked into the subfloor. I am happy to treat the sub floor but it would cost additional. Please give it more time to dry and if the ordor does not go away the subfloor would need to be treated and I have not heard from the consumer moving forward

I was extremely pleased with Don. He cleaned my upholstery, an Oriental rug and my carpet. Everything was done by hand and it looks beautiful. The price was unbelievably reasonable.

Don followed up right away to my inquiry and was excited to share how his product and process is different from the others...and he was right! The carpet in my home (living room, dining room, office) came clean beautifully. He was on time to the appointment as promised and I will keep his phone number handy if any friends or family need a referral. Don was very friendly and stands behind his workmanship and products. Overall, I am very pleased.

Prompt Dependable the carpets were horrible and were restored to a condition not seen for a very long time..The couches and chairs were also cleaned. The house smelled clean and fresh.
