Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
They were very thorough and friendly. I just didn't like the fact that the cleaners smelled of cigarette smoke and so my house smelled like smoke for a time after being cleaned.

They are slow which is really convenient when they are charging by the hour! They didnt clean the upstairs or vaccum the stairs...I could go on forever about what the didnt do! I told them not to go over 2 hours which should have been enough time with 3 girls. When I informed Donna that they didnt go upstairs and told her all the other things that werent done she said It was my fault bc I didnt tell the girls to go upstairs to clean so FYI If you have a 2 story house you MUST INFORM THE GIRLS TO CLEAN UPSTAIRS IT IS NOT CONSIDER PART OF YOUR HOUSE! However what was cleaned was cleaned well.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
Donna had to change the cleaning project type after we first scheduled the project, but she did try to compensate for that by agreeing to complete the less extensive clean on the day we had agreed. That shows customer service commitment and I will give that type of company another try.

They were so thorough I could hardly believe it. They offered to clean under a table in the corner that I myself never cleaned because it was too difficult. They asked before using a cleaner on my expensive dining table. Every crevice in the house was clean. They were so polite and hard-working.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
When scheduling, I requested that my oven be cleaned. They said that they didn't bring anything to do it. I was told it would take about two hours to clean my house and the ladies were here 4. They wouldn't dust my grandchildren's toys or one of my knicknack shelves and broke two things that were on the wall-one was a handcarved cross with intricate work that was special ordered by a good friend. Also, they spit gum in the yard where my new puppy got hold of it and almost chocked to death.
