Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
On time. Quickly located the independent problems in each of the different heating and A/C systems and corrected them. Very professional. Provided different options for correcting the problems from which I made a decision. Highly recommend Donmar Heating and Cooling Company, Inc.

Project: Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
Contractor was at my house for less than 20 minutes. Changed two furnace filters and the April air filter on the humidifier. I requested a complete furnace check up. I don't feel like he checked everything in the furnace. I also had two furnaces since our house is a dual system. Never went in the attic to check the second furnace. (?????)

Project: Water Heater - Repair or Service
Called Donmar to fix our water heater. Technician arrived on time and prepared, did everything possible to try to resolve the problem that day even called the manufacturer to see where he could get the broken part. He was not able to get the part but arrange for a complimentary part to be sent to me overnight. I was able to set up the followup appt right after he left and again, he arrived on time and installed the fix. They were great, I will use them again and have signed a service contract with them.

He came out expecting to repair our system. He infomred us there was nothing wrong with the system. The buyer really wanted something for nothing. He was greatful the above company was very honest and very helpfull.

After initial scheduling snafu on the first appointment, but the technician showed up on-time the next day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the failed part, correcting the problem. He was thorough, informative, and professional. I would use this companies services again.

Project: Central A/C - Service or Repair
The tech came within the stated time and fixed my AC problem within 20 minutes. Another company said it couldn't be fixed, I'd have to replace the compressor and most likely the furnace and the cost would be around $9800. Donmar replaced the capacitor and charged me $289. My furnace and AC are 11 years old and will need replacement before too much longer. I will definitely be calling Donmar for that job. What a pleasure they were they were to deal with!
