Felix was wonderful to work with. His prices were great and even helped lay some plywood in our attic for no extra charge. He was on time and helped me understand what our attic situation was being a house built in 1950. We highly recommend him! Don't use anyone else for your insulation needs.

Felix is honest, up to date on the latest requirements and worked hard to ensure we received the right solution for our needs. He was flexible, on time and never tried to up sell. We strongly recommend done right!

Felix was on time, knew what he was talking about, made many good suggestions about things I would not have thought about in relation to the job. His estimate was accurate to the penny (no add ons or surprises). He was able to fit his schedule to my schedule, so the job could be done promptly and when I wanted it done. Felix and his crew showed up on time worked quickly and professionally for about 6 hours, completeing everything on the to do list we had established. There were no problems or hangups. Felix even did something extra that I wanted done, and there was no extra charge for that. I give Felix and his company 5 stars!

Quick Response to my inquiry!!!! Evaluation was handled professionally and friendly. Once owner, Felix, knew I did lots of research he discussed various recommendations n detail. He followed up and continued to answer all my questions, from procedure or products used. Thank you for that Felix, not many contractors care to go into that much detail with no pressure. I felt very comfortable with my decision to go with Done Right Insulation. Great job crew!!!! My AC went on the blink while Felix was there and he went above his duties by calling a friend on what he could troubleshoot on while he was in attic.

Everything seemed to be done according to our agreement; all was done on time, with little bother to my day. Felix was not there, but the men working were congenial and cleaned everything up very well. Job well done.

Though initial call back time was slow, once we got on track, we were able to get a proposal that fit my needs. Felix was courteous and professional, and very prompt in getting the job done as scheduled. He made suggestions for work that would make our house more energy efficient, and was able to do them himself. That meant I did not have to find and coordinate other contractors to get the whole job done.
