The job took a bit longer than originally quoted and I had to have John Donaldson come back to make some asthetic repairs to complete the job.  His crew was friendly and John was responsive to my requests for repairs.   <br /> <br />I had asked him for another bid on some bathroom remodel and he verbally gave me a bid.  I asked him to put the bid in writing and to give me a few references and I have never heard from him again.  I guess he has so much business he doesn't need to follow up.   <br /> <br />His work was satisfactory but I would hesitate to recommend him because of the follow up on the other jobs.
