We had a fence installed on 4 acres of land with a complicated pattern. Myles took our 6 month old boxer out to show her the flags and instruct me on how to train her, and within 15 minutes she knew that she did not want to go near the flags. This is before she every receive a correction. I followed the instructions and she learned easily where her boundaries were. She did very well with the fence and only got corrected when she would forget about it. We never worried about her going through the fence. Myles did an excellent job in installing the fence and it is a top of the line product.

Myles worked with my wife to resolve an underground dog fence. In my opinion, he did the job to completion but took the easy route causing us to have a perimeter fence less than ideal. I will likely hire another professional to fix the situation. I consider this $250 poorly spent.

I am very sorry that after completely walking the yard and explaining exactly where the wire was going to go to your wife physically showing her as we walked the entire perimeter of your property, ahead of doing the repairs, that she did not understand. I also offered to her when she called me 2 hrs. later to do anything she wanted to satisfy the situation free of charge. I do not know of anything else I can do to satisfy you or her. The bottom line is after I explained what I needed to do and where it was going to go your wife said fine, that would be good. Upon that approval, I completed the work and repaired your fence within 24 hrs.
