Distinctive Clean Up and Repair

I am an older women who has had bad experiences in the past with cleaners. They have come in and agreed to a price and then said they had to charge me more. Steve was great and the team he sent in was throrough, on time and very courteous;. I am on a fixed income and Steve let me pay him in two installments.. I was wary of letting anybody into my house anymore and Steve made feel comfortable and I feel great that my house got the spring cleaning I requested. I would use him again and again

He worked straight through, only took a water break. Worker was very thorough.

He's a nice guy and did an absolutely good job. I enjoyed talking with him. Everything was perfect. It worked out as it should. No hassles.

Steve was great with us. His team was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job.We will use him on a monthly basis. My husband is disabled and I his wife cannot do the cleaning. I needed a good spring cleaning and I got it. He will also do some handy man work for us. Touch up painting and sprinkler head replacement. I highly recommend Steve for any type of cleaning or handyman repair and his prices are great

Outstanding work ethics and ability

We hired his company for some handyman work, painting and touch ups, and cleaning (incl. carpet cleaning). Everyone who came out definitely provided us with great service, and Steve did check up on us and was prompt. The only problem we had was the paint touchups, and the painter agreed it wasn't right. I told Steve and he said that he stood by the work. I asked him to come out to see it for himself. His response was extremely rude to my request. I called him and he still was rude with me on the phone. I only asked for a refund minus cost since that was fair but he said I was unreasonable. Fortunately, I did get my refund in the end.

The job we did here goes under the famous saying "no good deed goes unpunished" The effort,expense demonstrated my commitment to my guarantee of service satisfaction. I returned $250.00 to her.I apologized profusely & no one is perfect.This women was all about money. She was moving in to her new house in a week and we did painting,handyman work, full cleaning and carpet cleaning in four days.Originally, I went out on a sat and then next day I brought my team with me on a sun.we used our talent and knowledge to change her storage room. we painted her bedroom in special colors.How many contractors would return $ in Las Vegas

They are older and have medical conditions that prevent them from doing a comprehensive intense house cleaning for the spring cleaning. Also their house had not been cleaned for a long time and needed intensive dusting and cleaning of many pictures and of course bathrooms and kitchen.We also did a steam cleaning carpet cleaning. They will now use us on am monthly basis

Rick had used us back in Thanksgiving in 2011. They somehow kept the number of my foreman and contacted us for a comprehensive cleaning. They had physical limitations. They liked our window cleaning so much that they only wanted us to clean their house. Rick's wife was so happy, that she was scheduled to go our of town and she felt so good from a clean house that wanted to stay home and enjoy the house

The project was top notch, outstanding, and better than expected. It was neat, great and added more ideas for safety reasons. Final project turned out great! Though I am here in California, Steve has been updating me with the progress of work with happy voice and courteous manner. He makes sure that I am satisfied and happy customer and he did it.
