Project: Hire a Handyman
Mr. Disney arrived when he said he would to give me a quote. I explained to him I just needed the pinecones and pine needles cleaned on the front part of the roof. He gave me a quote that was more then reasonable. The next day he sent a young man to do this job, and he did an excellent job. I would recommend Disney and Associates to all my famil and friends. They were that great!

Project: Install Drywall
Bob showed up when he said he would to view the drywall job up for bid. His bid was submitted back to me within 24 hours and was a professional presentation. The lead drywall man Bob brought with him was clearly a first rate drywaller/taper and stated that the 4' x 8' sheets could be brought up the 3 flights of stairs without being cut down in size first, this was good news to me as the General Contractor. Although Bob's bid was perhaps a tad high, I was also aware that Bob Disney and his crew would deliver a first-rate job, and would thus justify the tad-high bid he submitted. The homeowners could not afford Bob's bid but he did his part.

Project: Apply Textured Paint Finishes
Our experience was absolutely top-notch! The men showed up bright and early and proceded to tackle our project with complete professionalism. It was a brutally hot day and that did not slow them down one bit! There were even a couple of problems with a door installation, from another company, the day before and Disney and Associates took care of them for us with no extra charge over the original bid. Bob and his crew did a great job. They were punctual, friendly, neat, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Bob was always available by phone and willing to go the extra mile

I am exceptionally pleased with the work done by Disney and Assoc. In addition to complete satisfaction with the quality of work, I am very impressed with Bob Disney as an individual. I have another project waiting for his availability. Obviously I most highly recommend Disney and Assoc.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Our deck replacement project started with a clear concise itemized bid. The Disney work crew dislayed courtesy and knowledge in their work and kept the customer informed in matters that needed further attention during renovation stages. We were very pleased with the end result and reasonable cost. We recommend Disney and Associates for home improvement projects.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Robert Disney and Associates did an excellent job on my deck repair. I obtained three estimates and selected the middle estimate based on the site visit for the estimate. Robert Disney did a more extensive deck inspection and found additional problems. He also suggested methods to remedy problems so they would not recur. He and his crew arrived on time and did a great job replacing supports, stair risers, decking and railing. They sanded the deck and applied sealer. The deck looks like new. We are very happy with our "new" deck and recommend Disney and Associates for this type of work.
