they came rightg away, however did not fix the problem that day and had to come back which was not convient. when they came back they were an hour and a half early and i was in bed so they had to come back again.

Responded quickly. Technician was pleasant. Actual work was different experience. I had three holes cut into the wall by electrician looking for a junction box that was located 8 inches away from the circuit breaker panel. Charged two hours at $181 per hour for an afternoon call . At the end of the visit tells me that they only accept cash or checks. Had to drive to an ATM to get money. I have hired electrician before through Service Magic and the rates and the overall experience was far better.

I cannot comment on the quality (beyond saying I have not had a problem since) as this work was done at a rental property that I have not been ti since the electrician was there. However, responsiveness, customer service and what seemed to be a reasonable price would lead me to use them again.
