Jim showed up on time, identified the problem immediately, and took the time to explain our options to us. Turns out we needed a new motor/pump assembly (around $300) or could buy a new machine (he doesn't sell dishwashers). The machine was 13 years old so our choice was pretty clear. He also gave us recommendations for brands that should be relatively maintenance free.
