Absolutely awesome! Living in CA I was very hesitant about hiring a company I knew nothing about and letting them in the house without me there. I spoke with Tom at Dirty Grout before contacting anyone else and I hired him on the spot. I am not a very trusting person. After speaking with Tom at length I decided to give it a go and hope for the best. I am thrilled with the results! They were punctual (I know because I had someone let them in), The same day the work was done, Tom followed up with pics and a verbal phone call. Huge difference from the before and after. Can't thank Dirty Grout enough for the whole experience.

They did a super job, and they arrived when they said they would, which is very important to us. They also have a great Web Site. My wife was very pleased with the results and they even moved all the furniture. I spent a lot of time reviewing tile cleaner and grout sealing companies and by far they stood out as honest and reliable. They don't take any money until the job is done. Tom even came to our house on Father's Day to give us the ree estimate. I don't thonk many companies would do that! A1 in my book. Thank you

I was happy to have the guys actually show up and on time!! The floors look GREAT! I would call this compant in a heartbeat next time I need cleaning.Tom,the owner,was extremely helpful in helping me choose a new grout color and will be back to calk a few tiles.Very courteous and friendly.He fixed everything I mentioned to him when he came to give me the free estimate.
