I did want you to know that I had a super experience with Jack from Dirty Blinds. He knows his business, came into my house, evaluated the situation, advised the most efficient remediation approach and was back the next day to complete the work. He was on time, very professional, very knowledgeable and a person I was pleased to have in my home. I will use Dirty Blinds' services again and would recommend the company to anyone with a repair or service issue. I will call Jack for all my future new or service requirements.

DirtyBlinds, Inc. was wonderful! They were fast, efficient, and my blinds look like they are new! The blinds even operate better than when they were first hung! The entire experience was well worth the money and I highly recommend them to anyone with blinds of any kind!! Perfect!!!

They were prompt in contacting me for the initial consultation. Although they didn't give specific appointment times, they gave me a general time reference for service, i.e., after 3 PM, etc. They were very courteous and helpful. No pushy sales pitch even though they sell replacement blinds for another company. I did end up buying a replacement blind as well as an additional one and so far am very happy with the product. My blinds hadn't been cleaned in 8 years and they look like new. They even open easier (they are quite heavy and were difficult to open) now. Overall, I am very pleased with they services and would use them again.

Excellent quick service, friendly staff, extremely reasonable cost. I didn't even know there was a company like this out there, fixed four of my broken blinds and saved me a small fortune in not having to replace them. A++!!
