Adam was Very helpful and diligent in getting the redo of the systems done as they should have been done in the first place. I only wish that he had bid on the project when we were building the house!

Quick response to our issue with a same day evaluation and estimate. Friendly, professional and reasonable. Adam first attempted to see if our coil was covered by warranty, when he found it wasn't, we scheduled the job based on his fair estimate. The men who did the work were polite and efficient. They made sure to leave things as they found them and did good work. I would not hesitate to recommend Direct Comfort.

Called Adam for a second opinion. Wish i had called him first, but the other company came out within an 1/2 hour on a saturday. I didn't realize the tectnician was giving me a bs line till i went on a forum online.After calling Adam he came out right away and found a leak in the evaporator coil. With it still being under warranty i only had to pay for labor. When he picked up the coil Adam sent 2 of his men out who were very polite,fast, and professional. I don't leave many feedbacks but after meeting Adam and finding him very knowledgeable and honest plus saving me $$$ i had to. Give his company a call first and you won't regret it. A+ EW

i called adam for a second opinion on an a/c unit at my rental property. he was extremely knowledgeable and honest. not only did he fix the problem, but he saved me hundreds of dollars. the tech my property manager recommended claimed that both the motor and board had to be replaced. turns out, that wasn't even the case. i have definitely found my a/c tech in the houston area. highly recommend!

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
Adam Brzowski came 6-15-10 & thoroughly checked out the system inside & out. He explained the adjustments he makes when he "sets up" a system. Mr. Brzowski explained his 1 year service plan & we subscribed. Adam or 1 of his techs will be out at a time to be determined to enlarge the intake duct from the top of the plenum to the intake of the furnace, & will seal any air or dust intakes on the plenum. He said there were possibly some adjustments to the connection of some of the ducts to the registers that could be better sealed up. We will continue to use Direct Comfort.

Quick to responde. He had several units to choose from and was very knolageable of all the units.We made our choice and the unit was installed. It took one 8hr day. Good job guys. If you want good and frendley service give them a call.
