I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR NOTHING , I CALL THEM AGAIN, CHARGED ME MORE JUST TO SAY EVERYTHING IS OK, BUT I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, WHAT THEY WANT FROM ME IS TO BUY FROM THEM A NEW A/C, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY

The company sent 2 employees, one to take care of cleaning the coil of my A/C and the other to clean all the vents, they came in on time, very professional, they finished the job early as anticipated, but even so, great job, well done, the only problem that I have is that I was supposed to clean all the wall/ceiling register and later on place them back. I started to mark them for the specific location, and the person who cleaned the vents told me that all the register and screw were all the same. we have a hell of a time trying to figure out the location of each one. I will hire the company again.

They did the work in a hurry and did not take time to throughly cleen ducks and did not cleen vents very unsatified

My a/c has been plagued with bad maintenance with other companies using wrong parts and messing with the wiring. Direct Air took the time to find the right parts and even got hold of the wiring diagram to make sure everything was back to normal.
