He was doing a floor refinish. He didn't sand enough and the… Read Complete Rating He showed up 4 hours late (said he was late because he was getting materials, although the job had been scheduled for over a week). He was doing a floor refinish. He didn't sand enough and the floor still had much of the varnish and stain left on it. When he was done "refinishing" it, it looked worse than before. He also said he would fill in all nail holes with putty, but didn't do that. I actually had to go buy putty and he filled in just one hole. We still had to pay him, although I think he should not have charged us, or at least charge a discounted rate. Horrible job, horrible service. Steer clear of Diran for floor refinishing.
