Apparently he's a one man company as it took extra days for him to get help from a subcontractor to install the zoom camera in back, thus delaying the installation keeping me at home for two days waiting. He also billed me for the 3% Ameridan Express charges the merchant for doing business; a first for me, but it turned me off having been a merchant during my working days. John

Tom was easy to work with, very responsive and had a good team. He promptly responded to additional questions after the installation was completed. I highly recommend his company.
