Review by Kenneth A.in Nevada, MO Project: Build a Garage
The quality of supplies was Excellent. However, those representing Diebolt did not laser shoot the ground for level. While I realize the contract states " on customer's level site" I am not a contractor and was told by their rep that I would need approx 3 loads of rock to level @ about $200 a load. After the 7th load @ about $250 a load, the ground was level.
I had the inside of the building framed with 2x4's to hang drywall. But, they didn't put nailers on the corner posts. I called Diebolt Lumber and was told it would be fixed last week. Still waiting.
I did get 2% off for payment in full up front. Wilbur does great work! A true pro.
