Very friendly and efficient. My heater isn't like most heating units in homes. The technician had not seen anything like it before but was excited for a new challenge and dove right in after a little assessment. He managed to fix the noise problem and gave me some good advice on how to maintain it. I would definitely reccommend Dicks.
